In return for allowing you access to Beautyboutique.ie, we require you to

New Customer
You may browse our website without registering
but will need to become an online customer with us in order to purchase
any goods via our website. When you become an online customer your
username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to input a

are available only whilst stocks last. All
photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this
website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations are issued or published
for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in
them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or
guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this
regard. All prices are subject to change, are quoted in Euro and are

Availability
|
We aim to dispatch your order on
the day of receipt if received before 12.00pm or the next working day for
orders received after 12.00pm or on a weekend or public holiday. During
periods of excessive demand this time may increase. In the unlikely event of an
item being out of stock we will send the remainder of your order and refund
the out of stock item if it is unlikely to be back in stock in a reasonable
amount of time. Alternatively we may at our discretion hold the order until
complete if the delay is likely to be no more than a few days, we will inform
you of this via email if necessary and advise on the estimated time delay. We
may send your order in more than one package. If your order qualifies for a
free gift please remember to add it to your shopping cart otherwise it will
not be sent. Please note once placed order's can not be altered or added too.

Carrier
|
|
Delivery is normally made via Fastway
Couriers. Your delivery may require a signature. If you are not likely to
be at home to sign for your delivery please choose to have your order
delivered to your work or an alternative address at the time of ordering. In
the unlikely event of your parcel not arriving please note that Fastway
Couriers will not consider it lost until 5 days from dispatch and we cannot
resend or refund the missing order until after this time. International
delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery to Western European
destinations will usually be made within 3-5 working days, and 5-8 working
days to other destinations.

We cannot accept any international
delivery as lost until 30 days from the date of dispatch has passed. If the
carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as
you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we
will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding
€10.00 for domestic shipments and €20 for international shipments to cover
our costs we have incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to
notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly. We
will inform you of the refund amount via email. If you still require the
goods please reorder.

RETURNS
|
|
We hope you will be pleased with
your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will
be happy to refund the item provided it is in fully resalable condition.
Returns should be made within 10 days of delivery and in the original, undamaged
packaging. To return an item, please e-mail or write to us explaining
briefly the reason for the return. We will email you the relevant return
instructions. Please note that it is important to contact us first before
returning an item to ensure the correct procedure is followed and to
expedite the entire refund process.
If a product has not been
returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse
a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price
from the refund amount. In the event where we cannot accept the return of
an item we will offer to post it back to you, please note this will incur a
shipping charge. Items on final clearance or reduced to clear cannot be
refunded or exchanged unless faulty. Refunds are made promptly and usually
within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. You must ensure that the
goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include the
original packing slip or a copy thereof. Please use Recorded Delivery, so
you can be sure that we've received the items. If you fail to take
reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this
results in damage or deterioration, we may charge you for the reduction in
value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for
example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply
incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to

Shipping and Delivery Time

We endeavour to dispatch
your order on the day of receipt provided your order is received
before 12.00pm, Orders received after this time or received over the
weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next business
day. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by
either e-mail or telephone. We will tell you when we expect that part
of the order to arrive. You will be given the opportunity to cancel
that part of the order if you so wish. We may send your order in more
than one package if some items are not in stock; however we will only
charge you one postage fee. Shipping Fees are charged as per our
Shipping Page.

All R.O.I orders are normally delivered next day but please allow 3-5
working days. All orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers to Ireland.

It is unfortunate, but in very rare circumstances couriers sometimes
lose a parcel. Our Couriers normally deliver next working day however
a parcel is not consider lost until 5 Days from the date of dispatch.
Before we can file a loss claim we must wait these 5 days. In most
circumstances this will be resolved sooner.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you
ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different
quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall, make good any
shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective
goods, or, at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for
the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Beautyboutique of the
problem in writing or via email (quoting your Invoice number) at the
address stated at the bottom of your confirmation email within 7
working days of delivery of the goods (subject to enquiries being
completed).

Manufacturer's Warranty
|
|
In the event that a product
needs to be returned to a manufacturer for replacement, the customer
is responsible for all shipping arrangements.

TAX
|
|
All sales to Ireland and
European Union member states are subject to Ireland VAT. Carriage is
not subject to VAT. Prices are displayed inclusive VAT (except
logged-in customers from non EU countries and from the Channel
Islands). If you are an international customer, it is your
responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods. We will not
accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your
country. All non EU international deliveries include a customs
sticker notifying customs of the goods contained within the package.

Credit Card Security
|

We know of no documented
cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the
Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when
the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our computer systems. They are not held in clear
text on any web site.

Complaints
|

We aim to handle any
complaints fairly, confidentially, quickly and effectively.
Complaints should be directed to us via the 'Contact us'- page and
include contact details in addition to your e-mail address and order
number, if applicable.
Should you, regardless of our efforts, not be satisfied with the
handling of your complaint, you can call on Paypal for a free
mediation.

right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the
product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

as a result of a breach of these conditions.

employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any
third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or your
violation of any law or rights of a third party.

This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding
and agreement between us. We may amend this agreement at any time by
posting an amended agreement on our website. Any amended agreement will govern
new user registrations from the date that it is posted and existing users will
be bound by the amended agreement after the expiry of 14 days following the
date of posting. Nothing in this agreement shall create or be construed
to imply any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer relationship
between you and us. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way
define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be
invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You cannot assign this

with respect to a breach by you or others shall not be considered as a waiver
of our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Any
person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts

does not affect any right or remedy generally available to such a third party
in law or otherwise.
