DELIVERY TO ROI & NORTHERN IRELAND

Flat Rate €3.50 via FASTWAY COURIERS.  Please allow 48 hours minimum for your goods to be delivered.  


DELIVERY TO UK & EUROPE: 

How much is postage and packaging?

UK & Europe - €12.00 to all European countries 

(please see list below of European countries we ship using An Post Registered signed for post)

Delivery should normally take 7-10 working days. Please ensure this is your delivery address 9am - 5pm

NB: At present we only euro currency payments


DELIVERY TO REST OF WORLD:

We deliver world-wide.  €17.00 Flat Rate Fee.  For larger orders of 3 products or more Please email your order and address to info@beautyboutique.ie and we will send you a flat rate shipping quote.  


Availability

We aim to dispatch your order on the day of receipt if received before 8.00a.m. or the next working day for orders received after 8.00a.m. Order received on Friday after 8.00a.m. will not be dispatched until the following Monday. All R.O.I orders are normally delivered next day but please allow 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers to Ireland. If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding €10.00 to cover our costs we have incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly. We will inform you of the refund amount via email. If you still require the goods please reorder. 

It is unfortunate, but in very rare circumstances couriers sometimes lose a parcel. Our Couriers normally deliver next working day however a parcel is not consider lost until 5 Days from the date of dispatch. Before we can file a loss claim we must wait these 5 days. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or, at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Beautyboutique of the problem in writing or via email (quoting your Invoice number) at the address stated at the bottom of your confirmation email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods (subject to enquiries being completed).

Carrier

Delivery is normally made via Fastway Couriers to Republic of Ireland. Your delivery may require a signature. If you are not likely to be at home to sign for your delivery please choose to have your order delivered to your work or an alternative address at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event of your parcel not arriving please note that Fastway Couriers will not consider it lost until 5 days from dispatch and we cannot resend or refund the missing order until after this time. International delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery to European destinations will usually be made within 7-10 working days.  We deliver to the following European countries using AN POST standard package post :

We cannot accept any international delivery as lost until 30 days from the date of dispatch has passed. If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding €10.00 for domestic shipments and €20 for international shipments to cover our costs we have incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return.
